A, product features and uses

LYT 310G is activated Zinc Oxide as main ingredients, new efficient desulfurizing agent with proper amount of additive preparation, desulfurization is applicable tosynthesis gas, natural gas, oil and gas, converter gas, hydrocarbon gas, hydrogen and nitrogen gas and liquid hydrocarbons. LYT 310G Zinc Oxide desulfurizer has the advantages of high precision, large specific surface area of desulfurization,sulfur capacity characteristics of large, high strength, good water resistance, andstrong adaptability, can be used in the atmospheric pressure and pressure conditions, when contains a certain amount of water vapor in the feed gasdesulfurization effect is better.

Chemical reaction of hydrogen sulfide removal: H2S+ZnO = ZnS+H2O.

There are also transformed absorption ability of COS, CS2, organic sulfur.

Three, the normal application process conditions

1 purifying gas content of H2S is less than 200PPm is appropriate.

The 2 pressure: pressure ~ 5.0MPa

3: temperature 150 ~ 400 ℃

4 gas space velocity 1000 ~ 3000h-1

The 5 purified gas sulfur content is not more than 0.1PPm

6 oxygen content in feed gas should not be greater than 0.5%

Four, packaging and storage

1, desulfurization agent for paperboard barrel lined with plastic bag, packing,prevent moisture absorption and chemical pollution.

Avoid scrolling should be 2, in the process of transportation, collision and vibration,so as to avoid crushing.

3, good packaging products should be stored in dry warehouse, can not be in contact with other chemicals, to prevent pollution, damp and broken.
