1. Feature and purpose
LYT-UDSⅠ Diesel Hydrorefining Catalyst is made with the carrier of the modified γ-Al2O3, the active component of Co-Mo and total immersion. It will adjust the pore structure of carrier and the ratio of Mo and Co suitably according to the molecular size of coked diesel, straight-run diesel, catalytic diesel and coked gasoline. By modifying aluminum oxide, it can adjust the interaction between carrier and active metals, control to produce the interaction between active metals and carrier, make active metals more complete sulfuration, produce more and more active centers in edges and improve the hydrodesulfurization activity of catalysts.

3. Applying conditions
(1) Material: Straight-run diesel, coked diesel, catalytic diesel, coked gasoline and other mixed oil.
(2) Operating pressure: 4.0~12.0Mpa
(3) Applicable temperature: 280~400℃
(4) Liquid airspeed: 0.75~2.0h-1
4. Package, transportation and storage
LYT―UDS Ⅰ Diesel Hydrorefining Catalyst is packed in the hard fiber cans with covers and inner plastic bags. It has the name, net weight, batch No. and production date on the outside of cans. It will be covered and kept from damp, strong vibration and impact. It is forbidden to roll and throw the catalyst barrels in transportation and handling. It should be stored in the dry and ventilated storehouses and payed attention to moisture-proof. It is forbidden to contact with acids and the hazardous substances of alkali chemical reagent to avoid affecting the activity of catalyst.
